About the Opportunity
We are looking for a driven and people-oriented International IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Lisbon.
In this role, you will focus on international IT and tech recruitment, connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities across multiple markets. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive in an international setting, we would love to hear from you.
You will start in a hybrid model in Lisbon and transition to fully remote work after 3 months. This is a contract-based role.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for international IT vacancies
* Source, attract, and engage candidates through multiple recruitment channels
* Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess experience, motivation, and fit
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment solutions
* Build and maintain strong IT talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and ATS updates
* Stay informed about market trends and best practices in IT recruitment
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who have:
* Excellent English and Portuguese language skills (written & verbal)
* At least 1 year of recruitment experience (IT recruitment experience is strongly preferred)
* Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment / talent acquisition
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* Immediate availability

* Hybrid role based in Lisbon for the first 3 months
