Key Responsibilities Own and grow the company's digital presence (LinkedIn, social, content) Develop and execute content across thought leadership, business, talent, and brand Translate complex topics into compelling, executive-level content Lead internal and external communications, including leadership messaging Ensure brand consistency across all channels and formats Produce high-quality content (written, visual, video) end-to-end Leverage AI tools to scale content creation and performance tracking Act as deputy to the global head, managing stakeholders and external partners Experience & Skills 6–10 years in digital marketing & communications (B2B / professional services) Proven expertise in social media strategy and execution Strong experience in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives Excellent writing skills across executive, internal, and digital formats Hands-on experience using AI tools in marketing workflows Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Strong stakeholder management, including C-suite exposure Highly organized, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
