Then let's get in touch: What you'll do:· Provide pre-sale; post-sale support and service support for customers.· Management of email communication with customers and subsidiaries and country mailbox management.· Management of telephone communication to support customer needs and requests.· Online store support.· Monitoring and reporting of special cases, for the client· Preparation of reports for OMDS· Preparation of technical reports for specific situations· Perform other administrative activities related to the provision of technical and service support for customers· Perform other work tasks according to the supervisor's instructions· Central projects support· After-sales document management· Analysis of operational processes What you'll need:· Fluency in English is mandatory and other languages will be a plus (Spanish, French, Germany, or Nordic)· PC skills, user knowledge of office software (MS Office, outlook, Teams, etc.
