We're building a design-driven DTC brand focused on everyday essentials, rooted in Scandinavian minimalism.We're already live and generating sales, and now we're starting to scale.We're now looking for someone to own content, creatives and the overall visual direction.You'll work closely with the founders and be a key part of building the brand from the ground up.This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of how the brand looks, feels and shows up across all channels.What you'll do:You'll create content and shape how the brand is expressed visually.- Create content for ads (Meta, TikTok and other platforms) - Shoot and edit photo and video content - Develop and test creatives for paid campaigns - Create and test ad creatives using both original content and AI tools to move fast and iterate quickly - Work with UGC and influencer collaborations - Manage and grow social media channels - Improve how the brand looks and feels across website, ads and content - Contribute to visual direction, including product presentation and brand expression - Continuously improve content based on performanceWho you are- You have hands-on experience creating content for e-commerce or DTC brands - You've worked with paid social and understand what performs - You can shoot, edit and produce content yourself - You have a strong sense for design, aesthetics and brand - You care about how things look, feel and are presented - You're comfortable using AI tools to create and test content as part of your workflowYou're used to taking ideas from concept to finished content.You experiment, iterate and learn quickly from what works.You're motivated by building something and seeing your work directly impact growth.What you get:- A key role in shaping the brand from an early stage - Full ownership of content and creative direction - Close collaboration with the founders - The opportunity to build a strong portfolio with real impactYou'll be joining at an early stage with real traction, where your work will directly influence how the brand grows.Things move quickly, and you'll see the impact of your work almost immediately.This role is designed for someone who wants to go all-in and be part of building something long term.Practical:Location: Remote (Europe)Type: Full-timeStart: ASAPCompensation: Monthly salary
