Your Profile
Your mission will be to provide telephone and written support to our German-speaking customers, always ensuring a courteous and helpful attitude.Are proficient in German and fluent in English (both written and spoken).Possess outstanding communication skills.Are keen to learn.(Bonus) Have experience in a telephone customer service or call center environment.Your responsibilities
Address the questions and concerns of German-speaking customers, providing the best possible solutions via phone.Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns via e-mail, chat, and social media channels.Provide information about trending products, offer advice, and quick assistance on payment methods, delivery, exchanges, and guarantees.Engage in cross-selling and upselling of products after addressing customer queries.Temporary, renewable employment contract with an initial duration of one year; opportunity for apermanent contract after two years.
