What will you be doing?
* Coordinating and "translating" communication between IT and the business department;
* Creation of technical concepts for new features of the online store, with focus on the customer journey;
* Consulting business counterparts on technical feasibility, implications, dependencies, considering performance, security and scalability;
* Advising the Global E-Commerce business unit on new ideas and requirements, aiming to ensure requirement maturity for efficient and smooth implementation;
* Evaluating concept quality together with the development team and identifying concept gaps and contradictions;
* Supporting developers in implementation during technical conception and implementation (no programming);
* Preparing and conducting tests and approvals with all involved parties.
What are we looking for?
* Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the retail or eCommerce environment;
* Experience as a Technical Product Owner in eCommerce (m/f/d);
* Experience with online shops focusing on storefront (eCommerce, PIM, Order Management);
* Knowledge of current web trends (Angular, React, Progressive Web App, Single Page Application, Responsive, Performance);
* A background in software development/programming is mandatory;
* Business fluent in English.
