We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IT expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing effective solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
Job Description
As a ServiceNow IT expert, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless IT service management, maximizing efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (Senior level)
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Change Management, Service Requests, Incident Management, Problem Management) — CMDB knowledge is a strong plus
* Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, administration, and hands-on development (including JavaScript, HTML, XML, REST API, SOAP) - mandatory
