Job Summary
We are seeking a diverse and multidisciplinary professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in API Management, development, or DevOps and at least 1 year of experience with API management platforms.
Main Responsibilities
* Continuous monitoring of platforms to ensure SLA compliance and availability.
* Incident resolution following ITIL best practices in a 24/7 support model.
* Debugging support, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
* Proposing and implementing enhancements to improve service quality.
* On-call rotations for incident management.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience with API management platforms (Apigee is ideal however other platforms are accepted).
* Knowledge of OpenID, OAuth2, SAML protocols.
* Knowledge of monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Logstash, etc.).
* Basic knowledge of cloud-native applications.
* English level C1 or higher (mandatory). Additional languages highly valued.
