Lead Design Engineer
This is a pivotal role that entails overseeing the design process for large-scale construction projects. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
* Oversee the development of technical specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate design activities and resolve conflicts.
* Manage the design query and RFI process to maintain accurate documentation and facilitate communication between teams.
* Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years' experience in managing design delivery for large-scale construction projects.
* Degree qualification in a relevant engineering or construction discipline.
* Strong understanding of design management principles, construction sequencing, and coordination between disciplines.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position offering a shift rotational roster schedule with all flights, accommodation, transport completely covered and included, along with a weekly NET subsistence income. Please note there is no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance on offer.
