The Role: As a Digital Account Executive in the Philippines, you will drive revenue by acquiring and supporting Micro Segment clients (1-25 employees) across North and Latin America.
This role offers flexible remote work or in-office in BGC.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to small business owners, helping them optimize workflows and collaboration with ClickUp.
You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, in a high-velocity, consultative environment.
This position requires adaptability, cross-cultural communication, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
You will join a dynamic, global team committed to ClickUp's mission and customer success.
Key Responsibilities: Generate new business in North and Latin American Micro Segment marketsUnderstand micro business needs and demonstrate ClickUp solutionsConduct virtual product demos tailored to prospectsManage entire sales cycle from initial contact to closeAchieve sales targets and activity metricsMaintain accurate CRM dataStay informed on product updates, competitors, and industry trendsProvide feedback to Product and Marketing teamsEngage in ongoing learning and developmentBuild positive cross-functional relationshipsQualifications: 2+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales, preferably in productivity toolsProven record of meeting/exceeding sales targetsExperience selling to North and/or Latin American marketsExcellent English communication skills; Spanish a plusFlexible schedule aligned with North/Latin American hoursStrong virtual presentation skillsExperience with CRM (Salesforce preferred)Excellent listening skills and customer needs assessmentSelf-motivated with good time managementComfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentPassion for technology and productivity improvementIf you're excited about this role but unsure if you meet all qualifications, we hire based on ambition, grit, and passion.
