What we are looking for
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or cybersecurity-related environments
Proven ability to coordinate technical and business stakeholders across multiple teams and domains
Experience managing DLP project rollouts, including technical implementation, validation, and deployment
Capability to plan, monitor, and report project progress, ensuring clear communication at all levels
Support DLP teams in aligning with Group standards and security requirements
Define and maintain release and deployment documentation, procedures, and knowledge bases
Develop and track KPIs and dashboards for DLP project coverage and performance (Power BI preferred)
Conduct risk assessments, manage incidents, and perform post-mortem analysis after deployments
Strong understanding of data protection, cybersecurity frameworks, and IT architecture principles
Knowledge of automation processes and Power BI reporting tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to synthesize complex technical information and act as a critical thinker
Language - English (C1/C2) and French (B2/C1)
