And we need talent like you to bring our vision to every food factory on earth.The challengeWe're looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and become the operational and financial backbone of the company. BRAINR is scaling fast with new teams, new markets, new complexity. Too much of the cross‐functional execution still runs through the CEO: financial planning, OKRs, investor communications, legal coordination, process design, dashboards, and special projects. We need someone who takes full ownership of this by bridging finance, operations, and strategy into live intelligence, while building the systems so the company can scale without bottlenecks.This is not a strategy‐only role. You'll be the person who makes things happen: owning the financial model, building dashboards, holding executives accountable, coordinating legal workflows, preparing board decks, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You'll create and lead the SPA team (Strategy, Planning, and Administration), becoming the CEO's right hand and second brain, part operator, part builder, part enforcer.If you love building systems, thrive in ambiguity, and get energy from making an entire company run better, this is for you.What You'll Be DoingOwn and run the full OKR cycle – setting cadence, running weekly check‐ins, tracking progress, and escalating blockers across all teams.Maintain and evolve the Master Financial Model used for investor relations, board reviews, and executive decision‐making.Own financial planning, budgeting, collections, cash flow, and treasury planning, ensuring the company always has full financial visibility.Lead the storytelling and investor communications that connects financial performance to company mission and product impact.Support fundraising strategy and capital allocation decisions.Build and maintain real‐time dashboards for every team and a company‐wide executive dashboard with all key metrics.Act as the accountability layer for the leadership team by following up relentlessly, ensuring commitments are met, and flagging risks early.Drive strategic initiatives by preparing leadership meetings, writing summaries, and ensuring follow‐ups are executed.Coordinate legal workflows (NDAs, contracts) with our legal team.Take ownership of special projects that don't fit any single team.Set up and continuously improve operational processes, automations, and Notion infrastructure so new teams and projects can be onboarded smoothly.Minimum Requirements3–4 years of experience in strategy consulting.A builder/doer mentality – you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, setting up tools, building dashboards, writing process docs, and configuring automations. Side projects, maker hobbies, or a Lego mindset are great signals.High proficiency with Notion, Google Workspace, and modern Saa S tools. You learn and configure new tools fast.Strong analytical and financial skills, comfortable owning financial models, budgets, investor decks, and data‐driven decision‐making.
