Senior Developer Leadership Role
A senior developer leader is required to drive the development of software engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of experienced developers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software products;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs;
* Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating tasks, setting priorities, and allocating resources effectively;
* Develop and implement technical strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of software development processes;
* Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge;
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform technical decisions and improvements;
* Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the development team.
Requirements:
* At least 8 years of experience in software engineering and leadership roles;
* Strong understanding of C# .NET and Azure platforms;
* Experience with React and NextJS frameworks;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, colleagues, and team members;
* Fluency in English and Portuguese languages;
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
