What You Will Do?
* Proactively source and engage IT professionals across Belgium and Europe
* Screen and assess candidate suitability for various tech roles (Dev, Infra, Data, etc.)
* Build and maintain a quality-driven talent network
* Collaborate closely with delivery teams to understand hiring needs
* Keep up-to-date with tech trends to speak the language of your candidates
What You Bring?
* 1+ year experience in recruitment (IT sector is a strong plus)
* Proven track record in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, self-motivated, goal-oriented
* Fluency in English
