IT and business process migration
within an international industrial environment.
?? Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate
IT migration and process integration activities
Ensure alignment with internal standards and operating models
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Ensure
business continuity
during the transition phase
Manage risks, stakeholders, and delivery timelines
?? Profile
Senior Project Manager with experience in
complex transformation or migration projects
Ability to work
autonomously with minimal onboarding
Strong stakeholder management skills
?? Required Experience
Proven experience in
IT and process migrations
Strong knowledge of:
IT landscape & system integration
Network integration
HR processes
PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
? Nice to Have
Familiarity with complex, regulated environments
?? Language
English – B2+ minimum (mandatory)
