The Product Owner will play a vital role in enhancing the Brand Protect platform, which monitors and detects fraudulent advertising campaigns within the mobile ecosystem.
This position centers on utilizing data analysis to drive product improvements, ensuring effective protection for telecom operators, payment providers, and digital platforms against fraud.
Responsibilities:
Analyze large volumes of platform data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for product improvements.
Use SQL and advanced Excel analysis to investigate crawler outputs, detection results, and operational workflows.
Define and prioritize product improvements based on data insights and operational needs.
Analyze crawler performance data to identify failures or underperformance and provide data-driven insights for engineering improvements.
Investigate auto-publish failures and work with analysts to refine prompts.
Manage the product backlog and translate business requirements into clear product specifications.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product features.
Monitor the performance of the Brand Protect platform, focusing on crawler efficiency and detection accuracy.
Work with operations and fraud analysis teams to optimize investigation workflows.
Identify automation opportunities for manual processes using data insights.
Define and track product performance metrics to measure product change impacts.
Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for Brand Protect.
Must Haves:
5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or data-driven operational roles.
Strong analytical skills for deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
Advanced SQL query experience for data analysis.
Proficiency with Excel, including complex formulas and large datasets.
Experience with web crawling systems.
Ability to make data-driven product decisions.
Strong collaboration skills with engineering, operations, and marketing teams.
Experience in agile development environments and product backlogs.
Understanding of complex technical systems like crawlers and data pipelines.
Fluency in English.
