Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingCollaborating with functional Internal Audit heads to audit processes and controls across key risk domains (financial crime, operations, technology, and financial risk)Delivering 3+ end-to-end internal audits in 6 months, including developing the scope, executing the risk, and control assessment, and reporting the findings and management actionsFormalising deliverables in line with methodologies, templates, and proceduresEngaging with stakeholders to maintain an understanding of business priorities and changes to inform the Audit team's risk assessmentValidating management's completion of actions related to prior-noted audit findings, including against the agreed success criteriaUtilising data analytics to inform our understanding of risks, test controls, identify process inefficiencies, and provide relevant insights to the businessIdentifying areas for process improvementEnsuring the control framework adheres to relevant regulatory requirementsWhat You'll Need5+ years of experience in an audit related-role, preferably in banking, financial services, or other regulated environmentExcellent proactive problem-solving skills, demonstrating an ability to operate independently and through ambiguityA desire to dive deeper and learn about Revolut's product suite and value propositionProficiency working with and interpreting data using SQL, SAS, Python, or RImpressive critical thinking skillsImpeccable interpersonal and communication skillsBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
