Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements;
* Analyze and optimize existing processes for efficiency and automation;
* Develop functional specifications, use cases, and user stories with the development team;
* Promote continuous improvement by staying updated on best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science or similar;
* Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
* Experience in trading or financial accounting environments;
* Knowledge of SQL;
* Understanding of commodities trading and/or financial accounting processes;
* Proactivity and dynamism;
* Organizational and communication skills;
* Good command of English.
