Customer Service Trainee Position
As a customer service trainee, you will be responsible for providing daily backup support to the customer support team and contributing to general administrative tasks.
You will also assist the customer support team in managing key retail accounts, handle transport incidents, and prepare issues for coordination with logistics partners in Spain, as well as coordinate customer scrap collection processes in Portugal.
To succeed in this role, you will require technical qualifications in management, sales, logistics, or similar fields, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools, strong English language skills, comfort with digital platforms, good communication skills, ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
