Job Title: Senior Business Development Specialist
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in B2B technology or telecommunications, strong capabilities across branding, PR, events, and business development, and ideally senior experience in high-value B2B tech sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Strategy and Business Development
* Define and implement strategies to reach a highly targeted group of approximately 1,000 decision-makers (operators, ministries, business partners).
* Actively use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to identify relevant stakeholders.
* Structure proposals, presentations, case studies, and commercial materials for RFP processes and similar initiatives.
* (Preferred) Apply knowledge of high-level B2B sales to support long-cycle commercial outreach and stakeholder engagement.
2. Branding & Positioning
* Develop and maintain the brand manual, corporate tone, and visual identity.
* Audit and optimize brand positioning within the tech and telecom industries.
* Generate clear, commercially oriented content that translates technical information into business language.
3. Web & Content
* Collaborate with technical specialists to convert complex technical material into customer-friendly content.
* Manage and update content on WordPress, including technical blog posts, announcements, and landing pages.
4. Events & Public Relations
* Identify and coordinate participation in industry events, global trade fairs, and networking opportunities.
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
* Prepare agendas, lead meetings, and coordinate post-event follow-ups with the internal commercial team.
5. Continuous Research
* Monitor competitors, industry best practices, and new developments in telecommunications and emergency alert technologies.
* Propose creative initiatives for proactive outreach beyond event participation.
* Measure the long-term impact of marketing actions and recommend strategic adjustments.
