Role PurposeThe Regional Event Operations Specialist supports regional business leaders and their teams in navigatingevent intake, planning, procurement, spend visibility, and compliance requirements. The role provideshands‐on operational execution, primarily through internal systems and structured processes, helping prevent avoidable delays and risks while improving governance and transparency of event spend across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as theregional point of contactfor qualifying events above defined thresholds Support stakeholders across the full operational lifecycle: Event intake and planning Procurement and purchasing processes Spend tracking and cost control Compliance and governance adherence Providehands‐on executionin internal systems and workflows Work closely withsenior regional and global stakeholders Identify risks, gaps, and delays early, andescalate issues when required Bring structure and clarity toambiguous or loosely defined requests Drive follow‐through across multiple handoffs, approvals, and deadlines Identify recurring process pain points and propose improvement opportunitiesRequired ExperienceStrong hands‐on experience in procurement or purchasing Experience inprocess‐driven, compliance‐heavy environments, such as: Event operations (execution/governance side) Procurement or purchasing operations Shared services Marketing operations or program operations Proven experience handlingcomplex workflows with multiple approvals Experience working inlarge, matrixed, enterprise organizationsRequired Skills & MindsetStrong stakeholder management and professional communication Execution‐focused (not coordination‐only) Comfortable operating incomplex and ambiguous environments High attention to detail and strong operational judgment Comfortable working acrosssystems, rules, and governance frameworks Fluent English (mandatory)Conditions Base salary:€2,000 Meal allowance:€6.50/day(meal card) Contract:Outsourcing regime (Adecco)Apply now for this vacancy !
