Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to develop and strengthen profitable commercial relationships with customers and suppliers.
This role involves identifying key decision makers and decision-making processes in customer buying organizations, operating as a point of contact for customers within your area of responsibility, building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships, creating leads related to assigned accounts, managing opportunity processes from identification to conversion, identifying sales opportunities, providing and negotiating offers, prioritizing opportunities of assigned accounts, coordinating with marketing and sourcing, continuously shortening the first order sales cycle of assigned accounts, deepening market insights, gathering customer feedback, actively promoting our value proposition, collecting and providing structured customer feedback, planning regular field visits to customers, suppliers, and participating in relevant commercial events according to account plan, ensuring timely and successful launch of products for customers with suppliers, creating and managing yearly customer account plans, monitoring progress of yearly account plans, proactively assessing risks and opportunities, communicating clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, developing business with existing clients, and/or identifying areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas, preparing reports on account status.
