If you want to not only design technology, but also truly understand and develop it, then you've come to the right place.Currently we are looking for a Design Engineer – Powertrain (all genders)Your tasks:As a design engineer, you will work closely with technology and design components and assemblies from the initial idea to series production.
Your tasks at a glance:Design and development of components and assemblies in the powertrain environmentOptimization and further development of existing designsNew developments according to customer specifications and technical coordination with the customerDesign changes in the ongoing development processPackaging work and complex installation space investigations with a high degree of variant diversityPerformance of tolerance analysesClose cooperation with calculation, project teams, and related departmentsCreation and maintenance of technical documentationYour skills:Completed engineering degree or comparable technical trainingExperience in design, ideally in the automotive or powertrain environment (ideally VW environment)Confident use of 3D CAD systems such as Creo ParametricKnowledge of systematic component development from development to series productionExperience with data management systems (e.g. windchill, KVS)Structured, reliable working style and a high sense of responsibilityTeam spirit and the ability to communicate technical topics clearlyin-depth language skills in german and englishAbout us:For us, people are in the foreground.
