Document Coordinator

We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented professional to manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and traceability across all stages of delivery.
About the Role
* Manage and control project documentation, drawings, and records.
* Maintain document management systems and ensure version control.
* Liaise with engineers, QA/QC, and subcontractors to ensure accurate information flow.
* Track document reviews and coordinate approvals.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Achieve high levels of productivity by effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritising tasks efficiently.
The Ideal Candidate:
About You: 3+ years' experience as a Document Controller in construction or engineering projects. Familiar with Aconex, Asite, or Share Point. Excellent organisational's, broaden your career prospects within our international organization.
