For Unit Pharma Ingredients & Materials Europe specialized on Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, in order to replace a maternity leave, we are looking for a motivated Commercial Operations Manager (m/f/d).
Responsibilities:
* Develop and strengthen profitable commercial relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Identify the key decision makers and decision-making process in the customer´s buying organization.
* Operate as point of contact for the customers within your area of responsibility.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and supplier relationships.
* Create leads related to the assigned accounts and manage the opportunity process from identification to conversion.
* Identify sales opportunities.
* Provide and negotiate offers.
* Prioritize opportunities of the assigned accounts and coordinate with marketing and sourcing.
* Continuously shorten the first order sales cycle of the assigned accounts.
* Deepen market insights and gather customer feedback.
* Actively promote our value proposition, collect and provide structured customer feedback.
* Plan regular field visits to customers, suppliers and participate in relevant commercial events in accordance with account plan.
* Ensure timely and successful launch of products for customers, with suppliers.
* Create and manage yearly customer account plan.
* Monitor progress of yearly account plan and proactively assess risks and opportunities.
* Communicate clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas.
* Prepare reports on account status.
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as Commercial Operations Manager in the pharmaceutical environment (preferential).
* Understanding of pharmaceutical value chain and B2B Marketing.
* Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint), CRM (preferably Salesforce) and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
* Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Portuguese and English, ideally Spanish.
* Excellent teamwork skills.
