Must-Have:
* At least 3 years of experience as a project manager
* Proven experience in project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
* Experience in managing IT projects and C-level stakeholders
* Experience in defining a project plan in collaboration with different teams (internal and client)
* Proficiency in systematizing solutions to be implemented by the client
* Experience working with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Atlas
* Experience in analysis, planning, organization and prioritizing tasks
* Good communication, collaboration and team development skills
* Strong organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
* Team spirit
* English proficiency
Would be great if you have:
* Experience in the financial and payments sector and/or digital solutions area
* Knowledge of Infrastructure management
* Mastery of system architecture and technologies
* Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish
* PMO Certification
