Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the center of investment management in the Nordea Group, sitting within its Asset & Wealth Management division. Your Future Responsibilities
The Internship we offer is for a period of 12 months in Oeiras. Possible starting date is September 2025.
Welcome to the Investment Product Services Team. We add value by being a reliable partner to multiple stakeholders in the Investment Products and Solutions team through a range of services. These services range from, for instance, handling client product requests to maintenance of marketing documents. As the Trainee in the Investment Product Services Team, you will have an important role in supporting IWD's investment operations, helping to ensure their smooth execution and contributing to overall commercial success.
What you'll be doing:
* Develop and maintain pre-sales marketing documents such as pitch book, clients' newsletter, monthly update, reporting etc. to best support our Sales efforts and meet clients' expectations.
* Perform the funds and asset classes' analysis by making quantitative & qualitative comparison against our competitors.
* Take part in formulating the update of monthly Product Review committee.
* Assist in handling any incoming client requests in a timely fashion & quality (including client reporting).
* Support the value chain on timely delivery and compliance approval of marketing material used by our Portfolio Managers during client events and meetings.
* Ensure your deliverables align with Nordea's guidelines and standards, adhering to both European and local regulations.
You'll join a multilingual team of investment services professionals while working in an inspiring, multicultural, and creative environment with a Nordic touch. The role is based in Oeiras and may require some travel from time to time. You will report directly to the Lisbon-based Head of Investment Product Services.

Your experience and background:
* Currently studying finance, economics or related studies or graduated no more than 12 months ago.
* Very good skills in written and spoken English. Knowledge in another language are considered as an additional asset.
* Genuine interest for investments and asset management.
* You rapidly learn new tasks and have the ability to learn how to use additional software applications.
* Good team-oriented person to support sales team & company goals.
* Organized and detail oriented.
