Main Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership
o Develop and execute an effective HR strategy that aligns with business objectives and organizational goals.
o Partner with executives to define company culture and drive employee engagement at all levels.
o Lead change management initiatives to support business growth while maintaining a people-centric approach.
* Talent Acquisition and Management
o Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent and meet current and future business needs.
o Implement robust onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly into the organization.
o Establish and manage career development programs, including performance appraisals, succession planning, and leadership development.
* Employee Engagement and Relations
o Foster a positive work environment through innovative engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and clear communication.
o Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws.
o Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, ensuring the organization is a leader in building an inclusive workforce.
* Policy Development and Compliance
o Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as industry best practices.
o Ensure the organization is fully compliant with employment laws, health and safety standards, and labor relations requirements.
o Conduct regular audits of HR practices to identify and mitigate risks.
* Compensation and Benefits
o Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while aligning with business objectives.
o Regularly review and benchmark total rewards packages to ensure competitiveness within the industry.
* Workforce Analytics and Reporting
o Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
o Prepare and present reports to senior leaders on key HR metrics, including employee turnover, engagement scores, and talent acquisition performance.
* Operational Excellence
o Ensure HR operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the needs of a growing organization.
o Oversee HR systems and technologies, driving continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
* Master's degree or MBA with a concentration in HR or Organizational Development is preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
* Demonstrated expertise in the hospitality industry or a related sector.
* Proven experience managing HR teams in a multi-location, multi-brand environment.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices at both regional and national levels.
* Advanced skills in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
* Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with a track record of driving results through collaboration.
