Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and proficient Spanish speaking individual to join our customer service team as a representative. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through email and chat platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide clear and concise information to resolve customer issues.
* Use internal tools to follow up on cases and document interactions.
* Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction across digital platforms.
Requirements:
* Intermediate level of written and reading proficiency in Spanish (B2).
* Ability to communicate effectively in English internally.
* Previous customer service experience is required.
* Based in or around Porto this is an on-site position.
* Willingness to work in rotating shifts including possible night shifts.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
* Immediate availability.
