Responsibilities
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers at large manufacturing companies
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through targeted outreach
- Drive and refine outbound strategies that consistently open high-value doors
- Book meetings and build momentum with enterprise accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach performance
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to shape and optimize our go-to-market approach
- Own and hit weekly/monthly goals for pipeline development and meetings booked
Required Qualifications
- Ambitious, self-driven, and motivated to build and own go-to-market success
- Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, SaaS, or selling into manufacturing-related industries
- Strong communicator with experience engaging senior decision-makers and driving pipeline growth
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Good command of English, German, or French; additional languages are a plus
- 2–3 years of experience in a business environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to use financial data to support decision-making
