Senior Account Manager, Government Contracts
The primary objective of this role is to establish and grow our market presence within the public sector. This position will oversee the entire tender process towards municipalities and regions, ensuring that all necessary requirements are met.
About The Role
This role will collaborate closely with multiple departments to prepare and submit winning tenders. Key responsibilities include managing the tender process, crafting compelling tenders, acting as the main point of contact for public customers, analyzing customer feedback, and being responsible for contracts including price adjustments and operational excellence.

About You
* You possess 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or public sector consulting, with a proven track record of managing government relationships. Experience delivering mobility projects is highly valued.
* You have hands-on experience managing and executing public contracts and the overall bid process—from identifying opportunities and coordinating bid submissions to ensuring compliance and contract execution.
* Strong strategy, operational, and financial skills are essential, with experience managing budgets, structuring offers, and driving results in regulated environments.
* Cross-functional collaboration with operations, legal, and finance teams is crucial to drive complex projects from planning through execution in public-sector settings.
* A background in transport, infrastructure, consulting, or other regulated industries is preferred.
* Proficiency in the local language of the target market and English is required.
