We process trillions of market, climate, and trade signals to give procurement, supply chain, and finance teams the timing advantage they need to outsmart uncertainty.We're hiring our first dedicated Marketing Generalist (B2 B 360°) to own demand generation end-to-end: strategy + execution across inbound and paid — from positioning and campaigns to conversion, distribution, and reporting.Important: you don't need to be the primary writer/designer every day. You do need to be the person who decides what we should say, to whom, where, and why - and can execute (hands-on) while coordinating internal SMEs and/or freelancers/agency when needed.What you'll own1) Go-to-market messaging & segmentation
Define ICP segments, personas, messaging, and offers by audience (procurement, supply chain, finance)Create content/campaign pillars and choose the priority bets each quarter2) Paid demand generation (strategy + hands-on execution)
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Linked In Ads, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)Own budgets, targeting, creative testing, landing pages, and conversion trackingRun experiments (A/B tests, new audiences, new angles/offers) and scale what worksReport on CAC, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline impact, and learnings3) Website, SEO & conversion
Keyword strategy, topic roadmap, on-page foundationsWork with our agency to ship pages that rank and convertOwn conversion rate improvements: landing pages, CTAs, forms, lead magnets, simple A/B tests4) Content & distribution engine
Content ops: ideation pipeline, briefs, calendar, QA (write when faster, often coordinate creation)Linked In distribution: company page + key leaders, weekly cadence, formats, hooks, ghostwriting coordinationRepurpose content into ads, landing pages, newsletters, and sales enablement assets5) Analytics & attribution
