Service Delivery Manager Role
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in IT service delivery management, with a strong understanding of the ITIL framework and knowledge of DevOps and SRE principles. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with procedures, communicating with clients, and overseeing incident resolution.
* This includes leading onboarding processes, managing process improvement initiatives, and reporting key performance indicators to stakeholders.
* Additionally, they will be expected to manage a project support group, supervise routine operations, and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Improvement: Develop and implement effective processes to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
* Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues promptly.
* Incident Resolution: Oversee incident resolution processes to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
