Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Developer "> * We are looking for a skilled professional to work closely with our Architect in developing artificial intelligence frameworks, experimentation platforms, and tools. This role involves developing large-scale distributed AI systems that are scalable, performant, efficient, and reliable. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for deploying and integrating AI models. Liaising with business units for their AI needs and working on the cross-business unit AI portfolio is also a key responsibility. Key tasks include optimizing feature extraction, transformation, and selection, as well as working with and managing feature stores for reusability across AI pipelines. The ideal candidate will ensure scalability, reliability, cost efficiency, and ease of use of the AI platform. They will also contribute to evaluating and adopting new technologies and tools to enhance our AI capabilities. Requirements * At least 5 years of experience as an AI Developer. * Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, and PyTorch. * Knowledge of model training, versioning, and monitoring. * A strong background in MLOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker), orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes, Airflow), model serving tools (AWS SageMaker, Databricks MLFlow), model observability frameworks, automation, and feature stores.
