Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
* Support on the specification list of Lab equipment and lab infrastructure;
* Support on improvements/maintenance of Lab equipment;
* Support on commercial purchasing tasks such as supplier selection, market requests (RfQ), comparison of quotations based on total cost of ownership requirements;
* Support on the communication with suppliers on build up of Lab equipment;
* Regular follow-up of the Lab equipment development status to ensure the fulfilment of the project delivery and requirements.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education:
* MsC Mechanical Engineering, Physics engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electric engineering or similar;
Technical skills:
* Strong interest in lab operations, infrastructure planning;
* Interest in technical maintenance and equipment reliability;
* Able to understand complex system development;
* Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote).
Personal Skills:
* Able to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to finding solutions in a structured way;
* Open to collaborate with cross function teams to ensure standardization across multiple sites;
* Problem solving mindset, results oriented and pro-active attitude;
* Ability to work in a team environment;
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
