You will join a newly created, specialized team dedicated to providing premium, end-to-end travel support for executive and VIP travelers.Key languagesFull professional level of FrenchFull professional level of EnglishMain responsibilitiesAct as the primary travel advisor for executive and VIP clients, ensuring a premium service experience at every stageStrong knowledge of GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.Coordinate and manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including air, rail, accommodation, and ground transportAnticipate and respond effectively to urgent requests, last-minute changes, and travel disruptionsHandle complex cases and escalations with professionalism, discretion, and efficiencyBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, and Account teamsEnsure all bookings, changes, and communications are accurately documented in internal systemsContribute to service quality improvements by sharing feedback, best practices, and operational insightsUse performance data and customer feedback to continuously enhance the client experienceCore skills/experienceSolid background in business travel management or a similar customer-facing travel rolePrevious exposure to executive-level or high-touch clients in demanding service environmentsStrong understanding of airline ticketing, fare structures, reissues, refunds, and disruption handlingConfident decision-maker with the ability to stay calm and effective under pressureHighly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneouslyProactive mindset with a customer-first approach and strong ownership of tasksExperience in premium service, contact center, or corporate travel environments is an advantageWhat's on offerFull-time contractPrivate health insurance4-week sabbatical after 5 years with the companyOur recruitment process?
