We are seeking a forward-facing & true Digital Marketing Expert: CRO, Email Automation & Analytics Skills with creative thinking, hands-on expertise and excellent English communication with the following skills :
Email Marketing, Marketing Automations & Retargeting
CRO & Onsite personalization
Google Analytics & Reporting
The Goals for this position is to:
Ensure Qualified Candidates that come to the site, sign up and create a free profile
Get Hiring Managers to post jobs on a regular basis
Required Skills:
7+ years growing brands online proved by improving CRO results
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Hands-on digital marketing skills and expertise in at least two marketing channels
Strong copywriting & funnel optimization skills
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results
Retention Marketing Expertise (lifecycle marketing, churn reduction strategies)
User Growth Tactics (scalable acquisition strategies for job seekers & hiring managers)
Competitor & Audience Targeting (lookalike audiences, competitor traffic tools)
Ideation-driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are met
