P We are looking for a Marketing Manager based in Portugal to own and execute Bybit EU#39;s local marketing strategy.
This role is critical to driving eFTD growth, strengthening brand presence, and accelerating execution speed across acquisition, community, social, and partnerships.
p You will act as the local marketing owner, translating EU and global priorities into high-impact, Portugal-specific initiatives, while working closely with the Country Manager and central marketing teams.

/lili Plan, launch, and optimize localized acquisition campaigns (eFTD-focused) across KOLs, referrals, community, and partnerships.
/lili Manage and scale local marketing partners, including KOLs, PR agencies, media partners, and affiliates.
/lili Lead social media and content strategy for Portugal, ensuring consistent brand voice, strong engagement, and campaign amplification.
/lili Coordinate and execute local events, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships (retail, VIP, institutional, and brand).
/lili Build, engage, and grow the Portuguese community through online and offline initiatives.
/lili Track performance, analyze results, and optimize marketing ROI, sharing insights with EU and global stakeholders.
/li /ulp What You Bring /pulli5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or digital products.
/lili Proven experience driving user acquisition and growth metrics (CPA / ROI).
/lili Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English.
/lili Based in Portugal with basic understanding of the local and cultural landscape.
/lili Experience working with KOLs, communities, and performance marketing channels.
/lili Strong execution mindset with the ability to move fast and manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
