/ppWork across frontend, backend, and DevOps responsibilities to ensure reliable and performant solutions.
/ppBuild reusable, scalable, and secure components using modern frameworks and technologies.
/ppEnsure high-quality code by writing unit tests, following secure development practices, and optimizing performance.
/ppCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
/ppActively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
/ppContribute to continuous improvement through experimentation with new tools, technologies, and ideas.
/ppCoach and support junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
/ppIntegrate applications with third-party platforms and APIs, including Salesforce.
/ppSupport analytics and tracking implementations (e.g., GA4).
/ppbr/ppbRequired Skills Experience /b /ppProven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
/ppStrong proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development.
/ppBackend development experience using Java, Golang, and Node.js.
/ppExperience with databases and search technologies such as MariaDB and Elasticsearch.
/ppHands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
/ppCloud experience with AWS and/or GCP.
/ppCI/CD experience using GitHub Actions.
/ppPractical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
/ppStrong understanding of secure coding practices, unit testing, and performance optimization.
/ppAbility to work efficiently and communicate clearly in English.
/ppbr/ppbPreferred / Good-to-Have Skills /b /ppTelecommunications (Telco) domain knowledge.
/ppFamiliarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture.
/ppExperience working with both public and private cloud environments.
/ppExposure to innovation, prototyping, and proof-of-concept development.
/ppStrong experience with Agile/Scrum methodology; Scrum Master experience is a plus.
/ppExperience working with Salesforce APIs.
/ppKnowledge of Web Analytics, especially Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
