About the role
We're in search of a proactive Quality Associate to join the Vestacy team, where innovation and science converge to make a real-world impact. You'll contribute to the growth of our trusted product portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of quality. Your expertise will drive activities from concept to execution, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities
Work with R&D, Regulatory and Packaging to minimize or eliminate quality risks in new products (NPD)/product changes (EPD).
Define, together with quality management, the procedures related to the implementation of the Quality System in the company based on Vestacy's internal requirements and the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Review and monitoring of Quality Indicators.
Participation in activities related to the development of new products or existing products: conducting industrial tests, conducting risk analysis, monitoring initial production runs, capacity analyses and preparing all documentation.
Ensure action plans for problems affecting product quality.
Management of Calibration and Maintenance of laboratory and production equipment.
Management of internal and supplier Non-Conformities and definition of improvement actions.
Conduct internal Audits of Production Processes.
Comply with the requirements of the Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety Policy.
Develop activities to maintain the Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety Systems.
The experience we're looking for
Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or another relevant science.
Familiarity with R & D processes and working within a GMP environment.
Strong project management experiences with demonstrable problem-solving skills.
Independent and self-starting with the resilience needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead and motivate others, showing strong interpersonal competence and team commitment.
Commercially aware, with the ability to propose improvements and challenge the status quo for better results.
Adaptable and collaborative nature, prepared to take accountability for a broad range of activities.
