As Store Manager You Will Creating an inviting environment in the store to guarantee a unique shopping experience for our customers.
Coordinate, support and supervise a diverse team and ensure an excellent working atmosphere.
Manage store budgets and operational processes to achieve sales goals, optimize performance and increase customer satisfaction.
Support and lead the implementation of CONVERSE strategies in the store (e.G. sustainability, NIKE Inc. membership, digital offers).
Provide insights to optimize the positioning of your store in the local market.
Ensure that all CONVERSE standards and guidelines are adhered to.
Work in cooperation with various business partners from stores and headquarters.
