Job Summary
We are seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at the headquarters in Trofa, Portugal. This role will be part of the Audit, Planning and Control Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare periodic reports to monitor operational activity and support strategic decision-making;
* Support the preparation of the annual budget and deviation analysis;
* Develop business plans that align with company goals;
* Develop and implement a management control model to ensure effective resource allocation;
* Analyze and interpret management information to inform key decisions;
* Design and maintain management information systems to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or Industrial Management Engineering;
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and controlling roles;
* Proficiency in SAP software and other IT tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI);
* Advanced English language skills;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
