CSA Design Manager - Sines, Portugal
Our client, a major European design‑and‑build contractor delivering high‑performance industrial facilities, is expanding their team in Sines. They are now hiring an experienced CSA Design Manager.
In this CSA Design Manager position, you'll guide the full design lifecycle, ensuring coordinated civil, structural and architectural outputs for complex industrial builds.
Responsibilities
Manage all CSA design activities in alignment with project objectives.
Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team.
Lead BIM collaboration and assess construction and shop drawings.
Perform onsite quality checks and manage as‑built documentation.
Communicate progress through structured reporting.
About You
Degree and experience in architecture, civil/structural engineering, MEP or similar.
Solid understanding of materials, fire safety and building physics.
Strong BIM and CAD capabilities.
Clear communicator with a solution‑driven mindset.
Excellent English; additional languages a plus.
