Your Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will:
Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver outstanding results
Motivate team members to achieve departmental targets and maintain a positive work environment
Ensure team performance meets expectations and complies with our Core Process guidelines
Develop and execute projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
Act as the main point of contact for employee-related issues
Provide guidance and support in challenging customer situations
What We're Looking For
Minimum of
1 year of experience
as a Team Leader
Fluency in German
(minimum
C2 level
)
Strong
problem-solving skills
, with the ability to troubleshoot and configure technical systems and devices
Flexibility
to work rotating schedules (Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 21:00)
Personal strengths such as
reliability, punctuality, and customer focus
Availability for regular commute to our offices in Lisbon
