As aBusiness Analystin the Risk Reporting & Analytics team, you’ll help shape the future of credit and counterparty risk reporting by designing and delivering smart BI solutions across platforms.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights, supporting the evolution of our risk dashboards and data platforms.
Location:Porto
Main Responsibilities:
* Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to validate needs and assess impacts.
* Test and validate new features to ensure quality and alignment with expectations.
* Support production rollouts and monitor post-go-live performance.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI tools and reporting processes.
Profile
Profile:
* 3 - 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (mandatory).
* Strong knowledge ofETL processes,SQL,Python, andBI tools(Tableau, Power BI).
* Experience withSAS,Dataiku,Apache NiFi, orJIRAis a plus.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologyis a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Background in banking or credit risk is a strong advantage.
* Proficiency in English ismandatory.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* Clear communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics.
