* Candidates should have more than 7 years of experience with C#, .NET and associated technologies (Entity Framework, Web APIs, REST).
* They must be proficient in Git and Agile methodologies.
* A solid understanding of SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL is required.
* The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
* They should be able to work effectively, manage deadlines, and demonstrate a sense of responsibility, commitment, and integrity.

Main Responsibilities:
* Monitor team deliveries and manage associated risks, taking preventive measures to avoid them.
* Support the development team in achieving critical project milestones.
* Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and collaboration with stakeholders.
* Act as the main point of contact for internal business stakeholders and external suppliers.
* Manage the request backlog and prioritize features, in collaboration with the Product Manager, based on user feedback, expected impact/benefit, and the team's delivery capacity.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (technology, business, compliance, etc.).
