IT Service Management Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management professional to join our team.
As an IT Service Management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire service management lifecycle, including service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service Management: Develop and implement service management processes and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Incident and Problem Management: Manage incidents and problems in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
* Change Management: Implement and manage changes to services, ensuring that they are properly assessed, planned, approved, implemented, tested, and reviewed.
* Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management: Negotiate and manage SLAs with customers to ensure that service level targets are met or exceeded.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to enhance service management processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL best practices and experience working in a fast-paced IT service management environment.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT service management.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a team environment.
