We are currently looking for an Operations Business Unit Manager (All Genders) based in Oporto.

The Operations Icare BU Manager's mission is to support team leaders in achieving operational objectives, focusing on efficiency and client satisfaction. The role also involves managing local topics, including transversal business issues, HR, and staff-related matters.
Your Future Mission
1. Support the implementation of clients’ and Cardif Support’s roadmaps by assisting managers in deployment.
2. Support service delivery by operational team leaders in line with KPIs and SLAs.
3. Monitor activities and performance, oversee resource recruitment, allocation, scheduling, and assess technical needs to meet business goals.
4. Lead and manage staff to ensure high employee engagement and achievement of objectives.
5. Promote corporate values and a positive management environment, ensuring respectful treatment and staff wellbeing.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement, transformation strategies, and effective change management leadership.
Candidate Profile
* Advanced degree, preferably a Master’s or MBA, with proven management experience in complex, fast-paced environments.
* Experience in service delivery, KPI management, and budget oversight.
* Ability to identify, alert, and prevent risks within the service delivery framework.
* Knowledge of the automobile industry is advantageous.
* Minimum B2 proficiency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate stakeholders across functions.
