Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and specification; Experience with process optimization and solution design; Preparation of technical and functional documentation; Experience with functional testing; Contact with stakeholders and IT technical teams; Good knowledge of management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and/or Confluence is valued; Good knowledge of databases, namely SQL, is valued; Good knowledge of visualization tools, such as Power BI, is valued; Fluent English (mandatory).
