Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and specification;Experience with process optimization and solution design;Preparation of technical and functional documentation;Experience with functional testing;Contact with stakeholders and IT technical teams;Good knowledge of management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and/or Confluence is valued;Good knowledge of databases, namely SQL, is valued;Good knowledge of visualization tools, such as Power BI, is valued;Fluent English (mandatory).
