Dutch Content Moderator Role
As a Dutch content moderator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our online community. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate user-generated content in Dutch for adherence to community guidelines and standards.
* Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content, escalating issues as necessary.
* Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance content quality and community engagement.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to develop best practices and improve moderation processes.
* Stay up-to-date with trends and changes in community standards and platform policies.
* Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and contribute to reports on content moderation activities.
Requirements:
* Native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* B2 level proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
* Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
* Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms.
